I also have an old HPI Savage .25 that Im puttin a LRP .28 Spec 3 motor in it with an ercm side bleed pipe

I put a dynamite big red motor on my Savage there a beast of a motor and cheap. With a factory pipe off a 7.7 nemesis it was a beast and sounded awesome

Def need big block power on a Savage there heavy but compared to a tmaxx there is no comparison. My tmaxx broke every time I played with it

My buddy in Missouri has a savage x with the LRP .28 spec 3 in it and it had plenty of power. I'm thinking about the LRP .32 motor

I'm tearin it apart tomorrow and goin next Monday to the hobby shop where I got my truck to see want I need.

Ebay is the best place to buy tmaxx parts in my opinion. I was thinking about getting the picco jl red dot for my tmaxx. It's a .26.

I'll use either the LRP .28 or .32 maybe a picco .28. So far the hobby shop hasn't been rippin me off so ill stick with them. If they want to rip me off ill just go to my hometown shop. I used to race there.
