okay so currently i have only a barnett clutch and i ride in a camp where you can only have stock pipes so what are ssome good mods that i could run thanks

You can only run a stock pipe??? or you have to have a spark arrestor??? If it's a noise issue you can modify the stock silencer to fit just about any aftermarket pipe you want, the performance will be down from running the intended silencer...but it'll be better than that choked off stock head pipe. There are a couple of aftermarket exhausts that have a lower db rating than the other aftermarkets and may be ok in your riding area as well. A head modification can help correct that short lived blaster power curve, some good reeds and a timing advance mod will help with low-mid power and throttle responce. A better flowing air filter setup, either a clamp on filter if you ride in dry conditions only or a better air box for muddy/wet riding. These mods will all give your blaster a little more pep. But, you'll not feel a substantial gain without a pipe and some propper porting.
All of the above suggestions are definitely worth it, but as Wildcard states without a true port/pipe job you are just not gonna get the full affect of the (next level) after stock. BUT, here is a detailed list of the mods you SHOULD do, with the restrictions you are working with.
Get either an FMF Fatty or Toomey B1 head pipe, paint it BLACK, and have the stock silencer modded to fit(very easy, can be done with a rubber coupler and hose clamps, will not change sound levels)
Change your front sprocket from 13 to 14 teeth
Lose your airbox lid, install either K&N style or UNI filter
Pull stock #230 main jet in carb and replace with #260
Install aftermarket reeds/spacer(VForce 3, boyeseen, etc)
DO the TIMING MOD (very easy to DIY)
Swap out Coil to high performance ( AMR makes a nice product)
Lose the stock rear tires(if still there)
This list will give you a substantial gain over stock, think you will be happy with the results...
And, NO ONE will know your modded, for sure...
