YBMcCall1202 New Member Dec 30, 2010 330 3 0 Cleveland, Tn Jan 16, 2011 #1 What is this and do i need it it is not hooked to anything but does have a black wire connected to the bottom bolt. Looks like a ground can i just take the box off and put the black wire back under the bolt?
