just wondering what everyone is using to polish parts of there blaster? I have seen alot of engines, axles, bumpers and so on, on here that look better then new because of being so well polished so wondering what everyone is using. thank you
Mothers Brand Works great to clean up them yellowed out car headlights. Will take the dull haze out of your Blaster plastics to.I've ever used it to repair CD's and game discs.
are you talking about making something polished or talking about keeping a polished part polished looking?
if you are trying to polish something, that mother and other sh*t wont work.
you need a polishing wheel and polish compound.
to polish engine parts and other alluminum things i use my rotozip with a sandpaper flapper wheel on it to clean off all the burrs and smooth things out then i use my benchgrinder with polising wheels on it. first i use the brown polishing comound then white to finish it off. it is tons of work but looks great when you are all done. I also use a drill with polishing attachments(can get this stuff at harborfreight) to get in the hard to reach places
