Do you have the proper LRD flange for the head? Mine leaked like crazy till i got the legit flange (thanks herp)

I'm pretty sure. The expansion chamber slides inside the flange. There's a groove in there for a oring, which I've put one in, and everytime it gets hot the oring dries out and cracks to peices. I think some of the problem is my frame is bent not allowing the pipe to fit tight in the flange. I have a straight frame just haven't done anything with it yet. Waiting to to get this motor built.
I dont have any close up pics of the flange, but your sounds right, cause slides into the flange too, with a another pipe inside the flange that like pilots the pipe, I used red rtv in the groove an then squeezed the pipe into it an put spring on an let it dry. Does your pipe have a bracket that bolts onto arm bolt an then the pipe bolts to that bracket?
That flange looks way different then mine, is that LRD one of them newer style ones from like 06, cause they are definitely completely different pipes then what mine is, mine is one of the OG ones from the 90's
I'm not sure, it was on the bike when I bought it. Is there a way to tell years on these things? Maybe it's not the right flange.
i had an older LRD adjustable pipe, and have seen pics of the newer style pipe flanges, they were the same.
your's is a newer style one piece pipe, but not an LRD flange, it kinda looks like some kind of 4 stroke abortion

Yeah thats definitely one of the newer style pipes from like early mid 2000's, the made one piece pipes back in the day also, but all the original pipes had the LRD logo on a plate that was welded to the pipe, an they all had serial numbers on them. That flange looks like the Dmc styleish.

I dont know man i Think that flange is the legit flange for that new style pipe, Google blaster LRD pipe an look at the images, there is good pics of 3 of the new style pipe an the flange looks identical.i had an older LRD adjustable pipe, and have seen pics of the newer style pipe flanges, they were the same.

That's it. Looks identical. I even have the same purplish/black colored silencer.
Right on now you just need to call led an see if they can help you out with the proper o rings. My silencer is blue an dont have a stinger, its LRD but the trenga racing one
my silencer is gold. my old one was just plain aluminum.
