what to do?

I think you might be able to get a port job, head milled and that exhaust for around 400 dude. that would be a whole new quad. ton's of new power

yeah hopefully i get my kart sold someone is coming this week to look at it if he buys it i will have the money i can get the toomey b1 from blaster200boy and get it ported by ken that will be around $310 and where can i get the head milled i dont see prices on kens site or is that the same thing as maching head surface?

ken does it for 60. if you get 400 you might be able to get some boysen reeds too

well i absolutley need new reeds. heres a question for you. do reeds just break? my blaster was at my friends house and while i wasnt there he thought he would check my reeds and he says when he took them out one was broke, and he took off the header and it fell out. i thought it was kinda hard to believe and i said i dont care if you broke it when you took it out just tell me. he said man i swear it was like that when i took them out

They do just break and they can pass straight through the engine into the exhaust.

Your plan of action should be a trail port job, head cut, used exhaust pipe, and a new set of reeds. That would wake your blaster up something fierce.
