Hey guys!
I got another dilemma and need the opinions of the pros! I:I

I picked up a 98 Warrior 350cc yesterday, and once again, I am torn about what to keep and what to sell. :-/
My 2001 Blaster is 100% complete, runs, drives, and stops excellent. It's very clean and looks great! The cons are that I dont have a title for it, but the vin is clean according to a friend who is a DE state trooper.

Now the Warrior I picked up is obviously bigger with a 350cc, not to mention it has reverse, electric start, and a title. I bought it from the second owner who has all paperwork for it including the original bills of sale from the dealer and all receipts from day one. The cons for the Warrior are that it needs a front drive sprocket, which I ordered and is on it's way, and it's ugly. The second owner painted the plastics at one point which are now flaking, and theres green over-spray on both sides of the engine and front shocks. Not sure if someone tried to cammo it or just painted something near it. Plastics and the frame and stuff I can tear down over the winter and powder-coat everything or replace. So not a big deal there. It does fire right up and sounds great. The drive shaft moves as it should without the gear on it, but obviously without the gear and throwing on the chain I really wont know how it goes untill thats all done.

What are your thought? Keep the Blaster because I know what I got, or sell it and keep the Warrior because of the obvious pros?
Another thought is that if I do sell the Blaster, whats a fair price to ask? They really dont seem to hold their value no matter whats been done. But mine is clean and needs damn near nothing and I like it alot! Is $850 to low or high? I've seen a lot of junk Blasters on CL going for $700.
Pics of the Blaster and Warrior comming in a few minutes!

This is comming from someone that had a 02 blaster and a 95 warrior that I traded both for a shee.

You know what u got in the blaster as far as the warrior goes they are beasts. I loved mine had alot of room. I would fix the problems that the warrior has and sell it for more then u got in it. I will tell u that on the warrior that stupid parking break will make it bog on revs and cause u to chase ur tail in circles til u accidentlt unplug it.

We'll the warrior is a bigger chassie, but also heavier than the blaster, I know a blaster will hang with if not beat a warrior,, I like warriors but they are prone to carb problems, an the electrical bug mentioned above, ... As for no title on the blaster, atvs are not as big of a hassle as cars, here in wi, the vin an a 'bill of sale" will get you a registration card issued if its not stolen

Thanks for the input guys!
I only paid $400 for the Warrior and the gear is ordered and was $12. I already listed it for sale and have people interested in it for $900. I just cant make up my mind, (again!)Heres a picture of each..........

i say sell both and get a bigger machine..
i have had both a blaster and a warrior both stock.
and the warrior was a much better machine in everyway but then again they were both stock..
and after switching to a physically bigger machine i would never go back to a small machine again..
the suspension is more for giveing on the warrior too..
but like i said i would try and sell both for a bigger machine..
but it is going to be up to you..

Thanks again guys!
I would keep both but I already have a Polaris Trailblazer, the g/f is making me keep that for her 8-| , and a KX 250. My shed aint big enough for 3 quads and a dirt bike! hahaha

This is what I did. I ran a ad on cl saying I want to trade 2 quads for 1. I got everything from 250r 660 450 and my shee. U will be suprised the people that will make a trade like that. Just be careful as I had a guy wit a raptor 660 won't both my bikes plus 1500. I got the shee and 500. I still have my other blaster. Just give it a try and see what offers u get.

I'd keep the blaster.. No battery needed so no battery dieing.. And theres plenty plenty upgrades to make it faster seeing how you wanna sell the warrior for nine hundred can get 240 kit and a decent pipe

If u do the 2 for 1 set ur amount high. I put 3500. I wanted 2000 for the warrior and 1500 for the blaster. I know those are outrageous prices I just didn't want to give up cash

i would sell the warrior. i got a warrior and i had bog problems with the parking brake also. so i took it off. i also need a carb for it, cause i have rebuilt mine and i still cant get the warrior above like 3000 rpms. but the blaster will beat the warrior unless you put a pipe and rejet the warrior. then it will smoke the blaster. in my experience anyways

Thanks for the reply guys!
I threw the Blaster and the Warrior up on the chopping block and figured I'd keep which ever didnt sell first.
Well, I just sold the Blaster! :-/
Hope I made the right move. But I got $850 cash for it, guess thats not bad!??
