What size piston do I need

Have your cylinder measured for out of round/ taper. If it is out of spec it will need to be bored. Get the right size piston first and have it bored to fit , make sure the ports are chamfered before use. ONLY bore enough to clean it up.
I made a mistake its 68mm and needs honed.
Im new to this and not sure what size bore this is and how many bores will be left after this.

well 68mmis pretty much the last bore.., it will probally take a hone but if you blow it up there is not enough cylinder left to bore it again.
Yup. I wouldn't buy it unless it's a steal. 68mm is the last bore..unless you really push it with 68.25. Try to find one with as close to 66mm bore as you can.
Mabey 1 bore left if your lucky with a hone after the last one but your skateing on pretty thin ice already. You could take it to a shop they'll gladly measure it and order your piston if thats what you wanna do. Try out Schiets motorsports the guys there are great and there in fremont as I'm shure you know as well.
if after honeing it doesnt look the best, just spend the money (around $75 on ebay) for a used cylinder and then maybe get that one bored and get the proper piston kit. it will be better in the long run
