Hey everyone.I'm workin on a 2004 blaster and it was running like crap so i begin looking over it.Found the cylinder was wore out and the skirt on the reed side of piston was busted.Anyways the piston isa nauruma piston and has 100 stamped on the top.Is my cylinder maxed out??

68mm if it was that it would say 200 on the top of the piston? If it says 100 on the top it is most likely 1.00mm over and that is 67mm. Stock is 66mm.
You dont have to go too 68mm if it is a 67mm now. You can got to 67.25mm.
Can you measure the cylinder do you have a micrometer or get access to one.
