hey

what should I do to the engine on the blaster now

it has a fmf fatty pipewith power core 2, vitso oversize piston n naskalli racing barell, carbon reeds, jets, k&n filter

what now?

was thinking carb but what size would be best?

Port and polish. I recommend RB Racing, he did my porting and I had close to twice the power as whem I was just piped. Then get a carb.
 
thanks guys and im from the uk so selling the fenders might not really be easy

If you get it ported, you will probly not even care about getting a carb for awhile you will be so happy. But, as a rule of thumb, bigger carbs take away from the low rpm range and boost the upper. That said, I wouldn't go bigger than 35mm unless you get a big bore kit.
 
^ NOTHING adds more power than a good port job. Not a 240 kit, not a stroker crank. Porting can give you TWICE the gains of a bolt on BBK.
Ask any engine builder.
