look to be of europeian? german? swedish made moped/ motor bike...

I have no idea what the name is but it looks like a scooter or moped type thing. Look on bikepics.com and u can prob find out the name.

i belive its a garreli moped some are two speeds and can do about 60mph, hard to find parts for but if they run they gooo!!!!
