Im new to the blaster thang and need alittle help what is the stock size for pistons with the blaster is the piston 66mm or is the cyclinder size 66mm my pistons are 66mm and cyclinder is 66.55mm :-/

stock is 66 but if you rebored to 66.5 you need a diff piston. typically would want the machine shop that bored it to bore it for the piston you have.
if that is anywhere near accurate you need a bore and hone with a new piston. way too much piston to cylinder clearance
i didnt have it bored thats how it came out i had two blasters gave to me but they are both blowed out
take it to good machine shop or to one of our techs Ken OConnor Racing, High Performance Motocross Engines, Performance Modifications, Motorcycle valve jobs, Motorcycle Crankshaft Rebuilds, Motocross Cylinder Porting, Motocross Cylinder Head Porting
Remember, pistons are tapered top to bottom to allow to swell as they get hot. You have to measure the piston across the skirts, about 10mm up from the bottom.
66.5mm is a second overbore which has plenty of life left.
