What did you do to your quad today?

well gotta say I auctually did some work on her today. Cleaned a spot in the basement got the motor down there and started to clean it up and starting to get the rest of the motor back together. Had to stop gotta get some loctite and never sieze and then on to putting the stator and flywheel on. then to putting in the clutch assemebly.

Trying to make 87-89 shee spindles to work with 90-06 shee calipers cuz I got raped on ebay.

they mount up different. might as well buy 87-89 calipers. i have a set....

or buy 90+ spindles. either way...

Yeah I knew that, but apparently the guy who had this conversion got stuck with it. Thanx for the offer but I made them work. I cut the bottom caliper mounting tab and welded it down lower and welded nuts as spacers between the caliper brackets and the spindle. Everything works fine now.

Ordered some parts for the motor since the ass that rebuilt the top end put the piston on backwards
