what are some CHEAP performance MODS

im wanting to know some CHEAP performance mods that will enhance the look and performance of my blaster and make it funner NOTHING OVER $250

You will get mixed opinions on that question. Some like k&n others like uni. Some people say k&n is better some say uni. Some say k&n let's small particals in some say it doesn't.

+4 timing mod
some banshee shocks
then rejet the carb

you will notice some more power.

also k+n is better than uni for power. but they allow more air and more small particles.
depending on where you ride, one will be better for you.

my K&n gets clogged all the time and I'm gonna get a uni. also go for some banshee hubs and get rid of the ballon tires

what does advancing the timing do?

I feel shocks and brakes would be best to upgrade first before anything.

cheap??.....boysen power reeds, timing advance, used exaust, vitos high compression headgasket, jets to match the work you have done 280 or so if you do all the stuff above. do ken oconnors dremel port work if you already have a dremel (sticky on engine page). if you don't have a dremel that would be a worthwhile purchase for blaster work purposes. uni air filter. the only thing over 20 bucks on this list are the exaust and the dremel. you could probably do them all if you shop right. let me know if you need any help finding any of this stuff.
