Well got my machine running great talked with AWK yesterday about setting my air screw and everything got it running great thanks alot for the help,so me and a few guys decided to go out a lil bit to the mine by my house figured I would haul mine on the truck take that extra precaution since I have been having bad luck on this thing well anyways had it out I would say about an hour or so it was running great well I parked it a few my buddy rode it a few mins it backfired and stalled on him wouldn't kick over figured maybe it was a fouled plug so we took it out switched it fired up but couldnt get it to kickstart so we caught her in gear well she ran good I climbed up a hill got to the top and stalled it tried to kick start it and the kicker was frozen any suggestions on what might have happened?

Sounds like your rod is now part of your crank. But it could be a top end. To be honest, the only real way to tell is to loosen the 4 jug to case nuts and see if you can move your jug up and down on the piston. If it moves freely, then the rod is stuck to the crank.

This happened to my blaster before it was my blaster. Whats worse is I was the one riding it and it belonged to my girlfriends dad at the time.

It really sucked. Siezed the bottom end. Poor bastard fixed that, then ended up having electrical issues with it, and got sick of it. GFs brother gave him a brand new 300ex for xmas. He sold me the blaster for 250 bones.

Anyway, back on target. Having learned what Ive learned since owning the stupid thing (they really are a pain in the ass sometimes LOL), Ive learned you can sieze em 2 ways. Hopefully yours is a top end sieze. Its easier to fix than a bottom end sieze.

If the top end is siezed, of course if you try and pull the jug off, it will be very very hard.

You can also try unsiezing it by dumping some oil down in through the spark plug hole and trying to bump start it. Id personally try and pull the jug first tho. If the jug is stuck, then you can try and unsieze it with the oil and bump start trick. If it unsiezes, it will make it a lot easier to pull. Most likely youre going to need a top end rebuild after that tho.

Hope this helps.
