Want to make my blaster better

As you can see, my blaster is stock. I am wonder what "free" or very cheap mods I can do to make it better. I am good with my hands, at least that is what the ladies say, so I can maybe do most things on my own.
I just dont have much money to spend

Strech the powerband by a few inches should give around 10hp+

just under the fuel tank ,i thinks its easier to use a vise grips but you can use your hands
