M Markblaster Custom blaster Dec 6, 2015 2,311 760 175 Jul 30, 2017 #55 Got My drill press yesterday so today I started on the holes in the sprockets. Centering drill. Pilot drill. Pilot holes done in all of the sprockets. Tungsten carbide tipped hole saw. I love them now as they are much faster then a normal bi-metal hole saw. 40x 16mm holes. Looking good. Lightened 203g. It was 784g. That's a total of 812g lighter for the 4 sprockets. Next I will start on the drive sprockets.
