Kinda confused here in dealing out the stock reeds for double stage. Do I keep the reed stopper's or leave them out

keep the stock reed stoppers or take walking shoes with you on every ride, they will eventually break from flexing too far,
ditch the little plate they supply

My chariot cages for the banshee use 2 stage boysens and no stopper.

Id contact vitos i honestly dont know if they require the stops.What do the instructions say?

I prefer to use stops to avoid high speed flutter, which can break a reed.

yep broke plenty of brand new reeds without stops on a modded blaster motor. I would agree with the stopps

There were no directions. I chose to keep the stops just as a precaution. BTW that was the last step for my build after testing it started up third kick. And so far runs like a dream. As soon as I figure out how to put pics up I'll post them

i must be lucky. i have the dual stage boyesen's w/o the stopper and have ran them at least 50-60 hours and they're 2nd hand at that. and now they reside on a 4mil engine.
