A few day ago i have installed my Vito's +3 crank, when i purchased it the seller said that no case machining, but i may need to grind the cases a little because of different cases castings and so on..
well after i closed the cases i rotated it several times and noticed there's a strange banging noise coming from the cases, opened it up and well..
the crank touches the cases from the intake and exhaust case sides after grinding it done with appropriate tools(if i had done it with a file it will take me a day or two..) its still a very tight fit.

so don't get fouled by miss leading ads before you assemble any after market engine parts please make sure that they fit, even if it requires some extra work.
hope this help some one.:)

yea its always good to test fit first, mine rubbed a tad with only the crank in one side of the case so with a dremal i had to grind down the cases a little.
