Can someone tell me where exactly the VIN number is located on a blaster? Is it etched into the frame or is it a plate? I can't find a VIN anywhere and I'm hoping I don't have a stolen Blaster!

right under the left foot peg, could be painted over or the guy cashed it and rebuilt it with a blank frame
By under, do you mean take the foot peg off and it is there or just below it? Any idea how to get a VIN number if it is a blank frame? I want to get a title and in PA you need the bill of sale and the VIN for the notary to run and make sure it isn't stolen.
its directly in front of the left foot peg right where the bar that goes across to the other side of the frame is
Must be filled with Paint or ground off. I think it's actually filled with paint because the frame is still round in that area.
