Vin Number

How can I read the Vin Number on the frame to tell what frame I have. The previous owner didn't kno that he took it to the shop and said fix it. I know it is a older one with drum brakes on front . Other than that I am lost on the year.

lol yes i did make that

alot of the parts on blaster engine are the same for all years/some things are different but you get it
