i finally got time to tear into the blaster. got scared pullling it apart after pepole on here told me it was probally the piston and hope it didnt go to the bottom end. well when we tore into it the cylinder walls had nothing wrong with them and piston was fully intact. we took and used the kick start to slowly go thru the gears to find if any where screwed, nothing finally after thinking about it went to look at flywheel and found that the nut backed off the flywheel and the woodruff key sheared off.

Check the flywheel for scoring inside the taper, if it has any imperfections you may consider lapping it with fine valve grinding paste.

Tension up the nut to 53 ft lbs, do not use an air impact wrench.
