my buddy has stuck alot of time and money into it over the summer and fall,

had motor tore down to install a new kicker shaft, and inspect top end, reworked the pipe, +4 swinger, g force +2+4 axle, diamond j widening kit, redone frame, almost ready to go, needs chain yet, and air filter

When ya get the radiator fill cap below the head ya have to be real careful. Any air pockets that form will end up in the head. A lesson learned from racing water cooled karts. He may have an expansion tank up where I can't see it in the pic.
How bout a pic of how he solved the motor mount problem.

i thought about the radiator hight thing also.. but its seemed to always run and ride good..

he solved the mount issue for the most part, reinforced it and added to the lenght and width of the mount welds
 
yeah i had to switch back to the straight boot cuz of where the exaust is routed now so that it don't burn my leg anymore. it worked great till i tore it all down n modafided the pipe again
