Alright so today i got the toomey B1 pipe from a guy a couple cities over, pipe is in excellent shape, came with silencer as well, he said it'll fit on the stock mounting hardware, and i've tried and tried but i think the stock was replaced with DG crap from my old pipe, so i'm stuck on what to do, because the pipe is just slightly too small to slide over the exhaust manifold. And i kinda filed it down a tiny bit to see if i could just force them together, but that didn't work and i don't wanna screw with the pipe. Any suggestions?

hmmm, darn, i was hoping to be able to have it available for riding later today, cause it's like 2:30 am here, and we're going riding at like 3. i wonder if any of my local shops carry it at all. i've got maybe two that i could go to.

or take the quad and the pipe to your local muffler shop for auto's, see if they have a pipe expander small enough for your pipe ( im sure they do since a honda's exhaust on a civic aint much bigger than our exhaust) and have them expande it out ever so slightly tell it slides over your flange snuggly

Well good news, i got the halogens mounted and working correctly and i got the exhaust flange from my local dealer, the stinger wouldn't fit perfectly, so i did i little fabricating with my dad's help, and mounted a bracket for it. it works out great. I haven't tuned my carb fully yet, to my new toomey pipe, but i just warmed it up and zipped up the street, and holy cow, now my bike is working great. Screw that stupid DG pipe that it came with!

HELL YEA DG is JUNK!!! I like my vitos, its better than my old FMF gold series, and Dg put together!

haha, Yeah when i took the pipe off and held it side by side with my toomey, i was like, what!?!?! Who in the crap would pay hundreds of bucks for this thing? So not worth the money, glad i didn't buy it. haha
