so i went to the local yamy store to pick up a needle an a couple jets to try an get the shee up an running right.. the guy looked at me an called me trash an said i didnt know what i was doing. so i looked at him an said idc what you think of me but i want this needle an want these jets. so he turns around an walks back to the service department an asked the service man what a needle an jet was after he looked through a book an couldnt find anything as i watched him flip right pass the page. so after he was told what a jet an needle was he tried telling me i only need to adjust the needle to this c clip after i already told him its not adjustable. so i tell him again its not adjustable. then hes just like then you have a problem. then i look at him an tell him thats why im here. i want to get an adjustable one to try to solve my problems. then hes telling me that my main is way to big at a 360 an told me i should be runnin a 210. im like yea if you want to here it ping all day an then lock up. hes like whys that. i looked at him an told him for the 3rd time that my shee is bored 80 over has power pros exhaust vitos a/f reeds an clutch an yada yada yada. he then tries to tell me again that the main an pilot is to big... hows it to big when im running 93 octane an a 35 pilot an 360 main an still pings all the time just not as bad as when it had a 22.5 pilot and a 230 main. so then hes like so your tellin me its a 2 stroke. i looked at him straight in the eyes an said R U FN KIDDING ME!!!!! then he says do you know its expensive to rejet anyways an not to do it cause you have to buy 4 jets an 4 needles at a time... so then i tried to explain something to him an he turns his back to me an walks to the back to grab there jets they have there an all i could do was say f*ck this im taking my business else where

i'm glad that i found a good dealer near me, that sucks that he's such a tard, theres a honda dealer ( go figure) near me that all the dude there are dicks, i swear to god, u can try to tell them something and they bone heads don;t listen and they talk to u like ur retarted, and they talk down to u, last time i said f*ck off, i'm gonna go down the road to the dealer that wants my buisiness

i'm lucky that i know the owner of my dealership! he is my dad's friend. i get top notch service, free advice, and they are always helpful. so the other day i went in there and i was like i stripped a head bolt can you hook me up? he went back in the parts room, got one, i said how much do i owe you he said nahhh dont worry about it.

the other sh*tty part is ill have to drive an hr plus to the next dealer ship to get parts so i might jus tstick to ordering off line. my gf whos knows nothing about power sports or even cares about them unless if they run so she can ride with me is like i think you would of gotten futher if you would of talked to me. lol

all she could do is keep tellen me to keep calm so i dont get arrested. im glad i did tho cause it wasnt worth all the hassle. o well. just another day that the shee has to be put on hold tho

hahahaha, thats the thing though, most dealers dont know sheep sh*t from cherry stones if it aint in their computer. it is special to find a dealer that know anything about tuning or modding. For me i have 3 dealers near me, one carries bigger jets, the other two only carry stock, and none of them no anything about quads lol. but i have two top notch performance shops nearby if i ever need advice and such

For the blaster, wolverine, or YZ I just make a quick 20 min drive to Yamaha of Warren. They keep any part that was ordered more the 5 times in a year in stock, guys at the counter will help you out too. As for the CRF, I have to drive to Andrew's. Thats about 30-45 min. Atleast the guys behind the parts counter know what they are doing some of the time. They only have 1 clueless guy back there. They have a guy with one hand who knows his sh*t. I walked in there looking for a u-joint for my 90 Suzuki quadrunner. couldn't find exactly the quad in the book, but went out on a limb, ordered the part for us and offered to take it back and get the right one if it wasn't the right fit.

Man I live in the country and I got a dealership 5-10 minutes down the road and they got 3 guys that could tear down your motor and rebuild it with their eyes closed. I feel lucky now.
