two blasters looking to buy one opinion

2004 yamaha blaster $1200 obo

now i have talked to both owners and am going to be looking at the blue one at 7 it is a 96..
the white one i wouldnt be able to llook at till tomarrow and its about an hour and a half drive where as the blue one is 5 mins but what do you guys think i like how the white one looks but it also is double the price

The white on is a 03+ blaster, that means that is has hydraulic brakes instead of cable drum brakes. This is a HUGE improvement over the drum brakes that blasters before 2003 have. Now that blaster is not worth the $1200 he is looking for, I would set the worth at about $1000. If you can talk him down to that and everything else on it looks and works good, I would go with that one.

furthest he will go down is 1100 and this one is for the gf so brakes wont get used much shes lucky to hit 30 mph
