now after my 930 pm test runs lastnight...
reset air/fuel screw.. turned all the way in and back out two.. no more random spuratic bogg..
BTW tors is removed well everything is there just all wires to everyhting are diconnected..
now its just the ransom spuratic keekk sound...made about 20 passes up and down my deserted back road in a small ' industeral park' and its made this keek sound maybe 3 times out of 20 or so passes up and down the road...
these passes are wide open balls out passes just like you would ride drag racing or coming out of acorner on a tail onto a long straight...
also tryed lower rpm pulls and pinning the gas it waiting to hit high rpm... this keek sound is strange its almost like a detonation sound, but i dont think it can be detination.. my plugs looks good.. golden brownish.. maybe a lil darker.. br8es plugs 93 octane none ethanol premium. pro honda hp2 oil.. ya know how i roll..
i did notice if you shake the quad side to side something rattles.. sounds like a snowmobile gas cap ( with the built in gas gauge) with the float rattling.. but i dont have anyhting like that.. and it sounds lower on the bike like.. expansion chamber.... and it makes a simaler sound if i knock on the side of the expansion chamber with my knuckles..
soo... i dont think it would be something in my pipe sice it would have already plugged up my pipe somewhere.. so im not worryed about it ..
