Trouble

I rode my blaster for about 3 hourse yesterday. I loaded it back up into my pick up and when i got home if took it out and tried to kick it. It kicked over 1 time and thats when it got stuck and can not kick it over anymore the kick start is just stuck. What could that be? It still shifts through all the gears.

There is a spring in there that makes the kick start return back to you, that could be broken, or, maybe the kick start gear got locked onto the main gear. but, I am gonna go an assume that that didnt happen cuz you can still ride it. Anyways check the spring.

Actually i cant ride it but i can switch through the gears. But if itry to kick it it will not moturn. Today i took the side case off where the kick starts is at and was not sure how to check or if it is safe to try to spin the gears by hand. So what is your advice. What should i do?

got a repair manual? if not look in the diy section, i think someone put one in there. look over the kick starter, compare it with the manual. make sure the spring is in one piece and in both of its keeper holes. make sure the teeth on both the kickstart gear and the gear on the clutch are not all chewed up. take some pics and post them if ur still lost.
