youll get less top speed because bigger the tire size more top speed stock blaster tire is 21 inches tall and yours are 20 inches but dont worry its like what everybody runs and rim size doesnt matter ull just have a really hard time finding tires for a 10 inch rim mostly everybody runs a 9 inch rim or a 8 inch so you have less tire options with a 10 inch rim.

yea i heard the 9 inch is the best size to get. owell. i'll have 2 extra sets of stock wheels with tires after i get the new ones. so since im losing top speed i guess im gettin more low end right? bc i figured i'll be having a 2 rim thats 2 inches bigger with the 20 inch tire. so all together im gaining 2 inches in height over stock.
