Transmission

rdz ,WCR, and rudy kurtz offer overrides ,a true 2nd -6th is unheard of for a blaster though

wel l they call it that but i have heard those who have it you still have to manualy shift the 6th . maybe it just was not setup right or something

a override transmission is a specily cut modifed tranny for your engine that allows you to pin the throttle to the stop and never use the cutch simply slam shift through your gearbox with ease using your toe under full power ,it never falls off the pipe or requires you to let off throttle or use your clutch .granted on inital take off youll need the clutch though

overrides are badass... cost a decent amount but well worth it... although i have not heard of it for a blaster so this should be sweet

It sounds sweet, I thaught I'd like to mod my shift star myself but I'm worried that it would come out of gear to easily ...not sure if its the case though

Can't you already shift gears with out using the clutch on any dirt bike/atv because of the desgin of the transmission? I don't do it too often, but sometimes I do it by mistake.

you are not able to shift like an override can under full throttle and no clutch
try it youll see

^^^ lol! you can shift without the clutch but you still have to let off the throttle. Like flowtek said an override allows you to pin the throttle and hold it wide open while your shifting gears. No throttle lift and clutch pulling means very fast accelleration. This is something that only serious drag racers use

not to mention the shifting is virtually effortless ,you would only need the very tip of your big toe i n sneakers to bang through a 6 speed gearbox in no time flat ,most guys who first get them need ot get used to it as they litreraly outshift the engine output
