Trans/Engine Oil? Is there a difference?

I seen sum1 ask which trans oil and which engine oil to use?

I thought the gear box and the piston burning 2 stroke was the only oil the blaster uses?

You are correct. People use engine oil or trans oil in the gearbox.

Do not use car engine oil in the transmission of a bike that has a wet clutch. Use one that is designed for wet clutch applications.

i use penzoil sae 10w30, that is whwat the manual says to

Wet clutch Transmission oil as Pittboss mentioned is what you need to run in the gear box.

As for engine oil use a two stroke premix type oil.

They are differnt types of oil yes.

Ah I see I started the oil debate. engine oil / Motor oil is fine. I use 10w-30 in all my bikes.
