Now that i got my blaster in running condition, I've been thinking about selling/trading her.

I just don't see why i should spend a ton of money on something i will never get the money back from, It just doesn't make sense at my age. Maybe if i was older and had a steady job. It would make a difference since it would be more a hobby. But the plans i have for it, I will be spending more money and time fixing it up then i will be riding it. And it doesn't seem worth it to me. Plus some of you may have heard, that cops have been cracking down around me so i can't ride near me. And i don't have bill of sales or a title, so i can't take it to a State Park. So I've been thinking about going back over to a bike. I still want a 2 stroke. :p

This probably won't even happen anyway.

But i want like a nice 125.

I have a grand into the blaster so far. So if i can at least make 1300 i'd be happy.

thats sucks! you cant file for a lost title in your state? at least then you could sticker and ride it. i got a title for mine by going to dmv and filing for a lost title. 12 bucks and nows its legal!

This is how much oil i have leaking since like seven o'clock.

Around the motor mount. and Correct. And you can see that little bead of oil forming in the picture. So i don't know if my gaskets are bad, or maybe just that bolt being missing is just preventing a tight seal.

ew boy, well, you can put the bolt in a tighten it. the leak may stop, it may not. looks like all the extra rtv on the case wouldve been better used in that spot!

That bolt.

Is number 5 on this correct?

If i just lay an even coat of RTV across that section it will stop the leak. But is that a bad thing to do?

yup, number 5. the rtv on the bottom sounds good, but really isnt. you cant really half ass a leak fix. youre not going to wanna hear it but, the only way youre going to fix it is to pull the case halves apart and re seal proper. thats the bad news. the good news is Maybe when you tighten the mount up it Might be enough to make a metal on metal seal and close itself up. again Maybe! that spot looks like a dime, maybe smaller?

Yeah. That why i was hoping a nice coating of RTV would do the trick. Or maybe even a combo of both.

I don't have anywhere close to the amount needed to have someone split the cases, nor do i have the skills. So i better pray this does work. 5 Bucks for a bolt . Man are they pricey. 8-|

I don't think I'm going to get rid of it, I've been looking forward to having a nice blaster, so i wouldn't be able to bring myself to do it.
