Im going to remove the tors system off my bike but i would like to remove the whole system i.e. control box, carb cap thing, etc in an effort to reduce my total number of wires and just to get rid of it. I was looking at how i could remove it and it looks like it is linked into the CDI box some how. Is there a way i can remove it all without messing my CDI box up or my bike not running. If you know how or can help pictures would be very helpful.

yes you can, there is a module under the hood below the headlight. it has three wires going into it. unplug it, unplug the tors at the carb, then unplug the switch in the thumb throttle, you may have to retune the carb a little.
I just had to disable it on mine for the 240 bb kit.
mine was a 98 so i guess it was different.
