Ok, so I was curiuos on what year my blaster really was. I cleaned all the paint off the frame down to the #'s. It turns out it is a 92 by the vin# and not a 95. Doesn't matter though to me. I only got it for $150.00. I got everything pretty nice and now when I ride it and hit 3rd gear it has a stutter about 1/2 to wot. I'm thinking the carb needs cleaned real good again, but I am throwing this out to all of you. It starts and idles great. It's just when I hit 3rd gear. I can go through all the gears if I don't give it full throttle. 1/4 to 1/2 throttle is ok. Could my main jet be clogged? When it happens and I let off the gas a little, it will clean itself out and go until the next gear. Just looking for some advice. Thanks

yip, clean the carb. Pull petcock off tank and clean screen, petcock, and tank. Make sure tank vent is open/clear.
ok so I did some more work on the Blaster today. I cleaned the carb again and cleaned the air filter. I found out it has a 230 main jet in it. I am running the stock air box closed and 32:1 gas mixture. After I cleaned everything again my problem seemed to go away. I also changed the transmission fluid. There was hardly any fluid in it. I put 650ml of ATF type F in it. Thats ok right? It seems to run strong now throughout every gear. I am waiting for my new graphics to come now, which should be tomorrow. Hopefully I can get some pics up for ya all. Thanks for all the help by the way.
