I disconnected the tors at the brain. Do I need to cut and splice wires? It wouldnt start while it was connected. it starts but runs ruff while n gear. mostly the bottom end. when im in the woods it boggs and off the line. Im trying a few things w the carb but was woundering if that could cause that. It kinda sounds like it looses spark. Not really sure. By the way, What is a plug chop?

I found the wire harness from the throttle. I think that was the problem. im not sure if unhooking that caused my headlights to go out or if i just noticed, but there not working now. Great tip on the throttle. Im glad i went back and looked, this problem has been driving me nuts. Im not 100% sure its fixed since its dark and my lights dont work but from my test ride i think it is. I'll let you know tomorrow. Thanks
