Throttle Over Ride System. Through a series of sensor/switches keeps the engine from running wide open if the throttle sticks.
Seeing that it causes more problems than it solves most at least disable it, simple disconnect under hood if pre 03, after one wire needs to be spliced. Also good idea to get rid of parking brake sensor. I:I
