isnt tors the little box on top of you carb???


if it is there is a black wire out of the top i think black on mine it is cut with black tape around it does it mean it is removed????

If the box is still on top of the carb, then its still there.

all they did was cut the wiring off so it doesnt work. to remove it requires a new cable, and carb cap. TORS removal is complete removal. the box is gone. so when you look at it, the cable goes into the carb cap, with no box.

removing the tors makes it much easier to work on also.

yea its just disconected,but not fully removed.

would i have 2 buy a new cable or anything else to take remove it???

you would need a whole new carb cap, cable, an idle screw to remove the tors from the carb

thanks ill probaly just keep it up there its outa of the way untill i want to work on it but i hope that will never happen !!! crossin my fingers lol
i was wondering instead of cleanin the carb could every ounce in a while could i spay a lil carb cleaner in the carb with out it burnin up the rings or anyhing???
