Pretty much says to just unplug the wires at the carb, remove the switch in the throttle and unplug the throttle switch wire where they connect under the hood, and while you're under the hood unplug and remove the black tors unit. (unplugging and snipping will do the same thing)
If you want to verify colors of wires or anything like that use the wiring diagram in the service manual (original service manual with 4 wire stator, not the supplementary).

Good point. I didn't think about that but off the top of my head that does seem like that is all you would have to do. I was thrown off because my 04 and all other 03+ blasters do not have a tors control unit like the older models. For fastest and easiest solution do the above^^
