TORs removal??

Hi, I'm switching to a twist throttle soon, but dont know everything i need to do, and i cant find the parts.

So, could someone find me ebay links to the parts please (i have tube and cable) and cant find rest on ebay...

And can someone find the correct TORs removal and a drill and tap thread for that please? That would be awesome thanks I:II:I

I found the second one, but it looks really cheap, and i didnt know what the other part i needed was...

i found the TORs removal thread, is there one on the tapping with drill?
