i cant do a plug chop because i cant this sob to idle for more than 2min at best. any other ideas please
thank you all. i have done the tors removal and i,m down to the basic wires all other junk is gone. i.m gona buy a new compression testor tonight get back with yas on that. the carb has a brand new rebuild to it (monday). but my question is when i remove the tors i need to buy the removal cap? my prob is idles for no than 2min and sputters out my leg is soar and there is a lighter near by lol. thank you very much.
you should get a T.O.R.S. deletion kit like awk stated around 30.00...
It will come with a new carb cap, throttle cable, a drill bit, a tap, and a new idle screw for you to install....

Ok so I've tested the compression 90psi not the best but it should be close enough right? Now I'm going to order the tors kit and a pulsar coil ( 20ohms). So it will be a few days Thank you all for your help!!!!!!!
thats not a fresh rebuild, but new rings. Will it work or should I have it done again. Just want to putts with my kids on some trails. well thats what I keep telling myself
yep sounds like it leaned out durning break in, or you have an air leak on the top of the cylinder, It should be 120+
Good luck finding a TORS delete for $30 bucks. When I bought mine, the cheapest I found was $50 for a Motion Pro. But it did come with two idle screws.
So I found a tors for 33.00 shipped be here next week. But you know I just can't keep my hands off, so I put the needle in the center, and this thing ran for 4-5 min yaaa then just stalled. I also did a wet compression test got 120psi tried a leak down but my gauges are to big. My question is from no throttle to full throttle there is basically no sound difference just baaaa what could cause this? Any suggestions
Ok my bad got my tors kit but I didn't realize that I neede the idle screws so I will have to wait another week. So FSUROXU you were right it is $50.00
Just wanted to say thank you very much for all your help tors remval kit w/idle screws and a new pusal coil started right up sounds like a 2 stroke finally. Now I just need to finish tuniing it in. Thanks again
