Cylinder is scared as well as piston so thats not good. It had a noise and i didnt wanna wait any longer to see what happened. My questions are is this a factory sleeve? what kinda piston? is the movement in the lower rod bearing (in the video) normal? has the cylinder been ported? Is my sleeve crooked? Are these factory reeds? Thanks a bunch guys

it doesn't look ported, it looks like a resleeve job (the ports dont line up perfect), i say you have it ported. to make the ports more even.
the reeds look like dual stage.
not sure about the piston, but i will say it isn't OEM.
didn't watch the video.

piston is a vito's, the pie cut on it is a tell tale.

what does the exhaust port look like? it looks like there's a lot of meat missing out of the intake.

i'm kinda thinking that looks like a vito's 240, measure the bore

It looks like the rod is rocking crooked on the crank. The rod is supposed to have a small amount of side to side shift but it shouldn't ever get off plane from the crank throws. If it's rocking crooked, the BE bearing is toast. It's a ticking time bomb...

You really need a mic to be able to tell what bore you have on that top end. A tape measure isn't good enough.

It's not a vito's top end though... The vito's later model replacement cylinder has 12 ports that one only has ten. I have a jug in my garage that's set up like the one you have. 72mm BBK but not a replacement cylinder, simply an overbore on a stock cylinder.

The piston is a Vito's.
Duel stage reeds. Also look like Vito's
The cranks is toast. Big end bearing is fried.
It's an LA Sleeve, sleeved big bore.
Some porting but I don't think anyone will admit to it.

You need to have the crank rebuilt. Cut the old sleeve out ( if it's at max bore) and drop a new one in. Bore the cylinder. Change bearings, seals and gaskets and then go riding. I can save that 240 boss!
