I am still having bad response with my throttle. It still doesn't want to get to higher RPM's. I took the Carb apart it was clean. I adjusted the throttle cable as far out as it can go. I disconnected the TORS. I checked the reeds and they were fine. But I just bought a jet kit wasn't sure what size jet to use cause I recently bought an FMF gold series header pipe and I put that on. And I
started to experience the throttle trouble I can hold the throttle down all the way but it will not gain high rpm's but I did buy a jet kit from FMF it recommended to use a 260 main jet but the kit came with a 210 220 350 360 so what would be the best one to use. And if there is anything else I should know about or How to fix the rpm problem Please let me know.

You have found out the hard way that one should never buy jet kits, the seldom contain any useable jets!

Please list all your mods, intake, pre mix ratio ect.

The FMF pipe alone will call for at least a #260-270 main jet, any other mods may need larger jetting!

 Buys kit from mfg, doesn't contain jet they recomend= priceless
Two stock jets and two that will never be used, at least on a Blaster.
Get them on the horn and see if you can return them, at the least complain about it.

see if the carb slide is opening fully....
push throttle and see if it opens the slide in carb all the way,if it does then that is not your problem:) in this pic they are calling it #5 throttle valve
