throttle trouble

Hello everyone, first post but I recently too the carb off of my blaster cause i was experiencing throttle cable problems. I took the carb apart and pulled the throttle slide out then put it back in and tightened it. It was working fine after that but now when i start it and I can hold the throttle in but it will not rev high at all and when i ride it around it does not have any power at all, just bogs out and dies. Please help

sounds like a TORS malfunction, did you plug it back into the carb ?

best to just delete it

My first thought is the parking brake may be on!
