no way man TORS would not do that. (the TORS would bring the revs down as soon as the throttle sticks and you let go of the throttle and the TORS button (inside of the thumb throttle) engages the TORS)
You have to lube the cable but I don't think it is that because I had the same problem it only sticks sum time's rite?
you need to clean your carb out good, also check that your needle seat is not worn out PM me if you need more help and I will help you out where I can
the needle seat wouldnt have anything to do with this..
its between the throttle and the slide.
