On a stock 26mm carb? For one, it's too small of a carb. For two, that's way too lean.

do you have the airbox lid off? i would say you should try putting a 300 or larger jet in it to start with airbox lid off. dont run it lean or you will have bigger issues.... report back!

i am running the mods in my sig and i am running a 300. with a 240 kit and stuff, you should need at least a 320 i would think. never delt with a 240 kit so i dont know for sure.

the first half of the pipe is fmf and second is just stock silencer i dont think my stock carb is too small i see ppl on here run stock carb so i will try 320 jet and get back i still need to know were to put that e clip on the throttle pin

ok i put 220 main jet in sounds better but still boggy tried moving e clip 1 up and i below the middle position still nothing. should i start with the stater next see if timing is off?

Have you checked the air mixture screw, if not set it to 1 and a half turns out. Might want to give the reeds a good check to see if they are warped or cracked. Also, check your ground wires for good connections and ignition wires as well, a loose ground could be the problem or at least adding to it.
