Ok, so here's the story.... The throttle on my blaster comes back to far and hits the little red "engine kill" button inside the throttle assembly.... SOOOO, I figured I could just bend the spring coil a bit to make the throttle not snap back so far and hit that.... SOOOOO I took apart the little stack of washers/ parts that holds the throttle assembly all together, and now.... *&(%#$*^$# I CAN'T GET IT BACK TOGETHER!!! Help please?

A diagram of the way the parts fit together might help, but i can't find a very good one. Thanks so much, and yes, I know... I SUCK

Thanks guys.... already had looked at the manual- throttle assembly isn't covered very well in there... anyhow, i figured it out, got it back together and just soldered on a little stopper to keep the throttle from coming back and hitting the kill.... probably not the safest idea, but i guess it works....I:I

any chance you have a pic of the kill swith set up it is supposed too be on the other side of the hadlebars. You must have an aftermarket kill swith on it bro.

it's not an actual kill switch... the kill is still where it is supposed to be. this is a little red button INSIDE the throttle assembly.... when you let go of the throttle, it should bounce back to ALMOST hitting the red button, but not quite..... i think it's so that if your throttle gets jammed it kills the bike. I'll go take a pic real quick....
