throttle doesnt work

when i hit the throttle it doesnt work, you can hit the throttle but the cable doesnt respond. i think it may be the linkage anyone have any ideas?

You have to take he thumb throttle cover off and see if it's connected . If it is, then the cable came off the carb slide.

Does it still have the tors box above the carb? If so check there to make sure everything is hooked up as well

I'm too lazy to do it . But someone should make a new blaster owner kit that comes with a parking brake delete , tors delete , oil injection delete , kens bushings , a leak down tester , compression tester and awks rear brake . And a Manual on cd rom

Mine broke right at the end inside of the tors. Do yourself a favor, if you have tors get an eliminater kit, do it once, do it right. Then if & when you go to larger carb you already have the cable. I:I

For about $25 you could be set. Maybe he could borrow, rent or buy the drill tap from some one, dunno. I too am in a poor boy state right now, so I know how hard it can be get things done/fixed.
