TORS!!!! lol mabey a parking brake sensor? lol do a search on how to disconnect your tors and do it. also next time you need us to listen to a motor problem no music would be nice hahaha I:I I:I

bahah sorry dude but i have to laugh, how do you expect some one to listen and diagnose and egine problem on a vid with music, seriously, lol

yeah the music was a bit distracting . TORS get rid of that 1st , UNplug the device located on top of the carb , and then retest it . Its a pre 03 so thats all that needs to be done , you may have to unplug the tors brain under the hood , BUT I don't think so. That may cure your problem . you mentioned its a new carb. whats the jetting on it? Idle circuit seems fine , what size main jet and what position is your needle in? which groove is it in on the clip? and this may sound odd , BUT is the slide installed correctly?
