I have a 2001 yz125 I just put a brand new top end in it piston rings everhthing and it won't start. It has spark , getting fuel, and 150+ of compression and it won't start or even try I even tried jumping it please help

Check the reeds, make sure the woodruff key hasnt sheered.
I once left a plug in an exhaust port after a leakdown test, and it took me a week to figure why that cylinder wouldn't fire. Check the exhaust for obstructions.

150psi is not the greatest on a yz125..depending on the gauge.

how did you check for spark?
if it was not running when you got it/perhaps crank locked up,and person before you unlocked it then sold it as is lol...did you see any metal shavings anywhere when had top end off?

No I didn't see any metal shavings everything is there. The compression spark is good everything idk what else to do150psi is not the greatest on a yz125..depending on the gauge.

Carb is clean and I have a br9eg plug in it the race one and no pics at the momentok

try one of your blaster plugs to see if it starts.

I tested for spark plugging my plug into the boot and kicking it. But I just checked my flywheel and there was no woodruff key in it
i just watched a youtube video of same problem,they replace things like you have with no luck, turns out one of the magnets lost a screw on flywheel.
i guess you better get a key
i had a nice 01yz125 before to it had black excell rims,xxxgraphics ect it was nice
i got real pics but not on computer

I used a key from my brothers yz125, same key and it still won't start
