That's onea them 4 stroke knock off bikes.....the frame looks pretty similar to a blaster, but I don't think it is....

Kasea Hawk 175. They frame is KIND of a copy but it's a small auto-clutch 4 stroke I think the only thing that actually works are the spindles/drums and seat LOL. I believe everything else is just different in some way enough to not be a direct swap...
